Open Device ManageR in your web browser. You may open it by entering &#8216;localhost:8080&#8217; or &#8216;&lt;IP address of host system&gt;:8080&#8217; in your browser&#8217;s address bar.<\/p>\n<p>2. Select <strong>Alerts\/Tasks<\/strong> in the navigation bar to the left.<\/p>\n<p>3. In the <em>Alerts\/Tasks <\/em>menu, select <strong>Optional Schedules<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>4. When the <em>Add New &#8216;Optional Schedule&#8217;<\/em> window appears, you&#8217;ll see a default schedule populate, which you can then modify.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Optional_Schedules_Add.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2827\" src=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Optional_Schedules_Add.jpg\" alt=\"ADM_Optional_Schedules_Add\" width=\"600\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Optional_Schedules_Add.jpg 1096w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Optional_Schedules_Add-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Optional_Schedules_Add-1024x614.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; To delete the time range for a specific day, select the minus sign next to it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; To add a time range for a specific day, select the plus sign next to it. Note that you may have 2 time ranges associated with one day if you wish.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; To modify a time range, hover your mouse over it. Then either type in new values, or use the up\/down arrows to change the values.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; To copy a time range from one day to another, select the drop-down menu next to the day in the Copy To column. You may copy to All, M-F or to a specific day.<\/p>\n<p>5. In <strong>Name<\/strong>, enter a descriptive name for your schedule. Ours is called &#8216;M-F overnight (5 PM to 9 AM).&#8217; This name is what appears in action and alert drop-down menus.<\/p>\n<p>6. In <strong>Description<\/strong>, you may enter any notes you feel would be helpful to explain the schedule.<\/p>\n<p>7. Then select <strong>Save<\/strong>. In our example, we&#8217;ve set up a Monday through Friday 5 PM to 9 AM overnight schedule. Notice that it requires 2 time ranges for each day: one for morning and one for evening.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Schedule_MF_Overnight.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2829\" src=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Schedule_MF_Overnight.jpg\" alt=\"ADM_Schedule_MF_Overnight\" width=\"450\" height=\"402\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Schedule_MF_Overnight.jpg 608w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Schedule_MF_Overnight-300x268.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>8. Your new schedule will then populate the <em>Optional Schedules<\/em> list.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Schedules_List.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2830\" src=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Schedules_List.jpg\" alt=\"ADM_Schedules_List\" width=\"650\" height=\"172\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Schedules_List.jpg 1071w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Schedules_List-300x79.jpg 300w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ADM_Schedules_List-1024x271.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>9.
